Supporting Local Communities
Community engagement is at the core of Okanagan Wind’s operations. Our community is what defines us, makes us strong and lifts us up in uncertain times. This fall, Okanagan Wind is proud to support two local organizations, the Central Okanagan Food Bank and the Kelowna Women’s Shelter, both of which do amazing work to keep our community healthy and safe.
In addition, Okanagan Wind has become a signatory to the Resilient Recovery, a nationwide initiative that strives to implement more renewable energy and sustainable solutions for Canadian communities.
